I read My Sister’s Keeper while traveling over the past few weeks. When I got home and finished reading it, I threw it across the room and startled my poor dog Rowan. I hate to recommend something that will depress you, but this book really was an emotional ride through some ethical issues that are interesting to consider.
The movie looks horrid, but I will probably watch it anyway.
So are you saying yes, read it, or no?

I read this, too. The ending was shocking. I was upset for days. You’re right about the movie, I hope they didn’t mess it up too much.
